As a rule, the documentation of existing buildings is patchy or incomplete and therefore unsuitable as a basis for professional planning of refurbishment or revitalization measures. It is therefore advisable to carry out inspections to assess the existing building prior to any construction work. We have over 30 years of experience and proven expertise in the investigation of buildings and the assessment of building pollutants.
The basis for planning the building inspection are the results of the historical research and the existing building documents. These allow initial conclusions to be drawn about the materials used and any pollutants to be expected and form the basis for the inspection concept.
