A BBB is an expert consultation by personnel trained in soil science. This is an important building block for improving the quality and transparency of construction projects. The early involvement of the BBB, i.e. as early as the planning stage, offers legal certainty and avoids unexpected costs in advance as well as conflicts or building resistance during the construction phase. The BBB therefore makes an important contribution to procedural certainty in construction projects.
